Alrite guys I'm not totally sure about this diet that I'm trying to implement and by the looks of it I don't know if I'm getting enough carbs.

Meal 1: Oatmeal, skim milk, 1 egg, protein powder
Meal 2: 60 Second "Zone" Shake (Calories 326 Protein 27g Carbs 32g Fat 10g)
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwhich (Tuna, roll, lettuce, tomatoes), small salad, skim milk
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Chicken Breast, Small Salad, Some sort of Veggie, Fat Free Yogurt
Meal 6: Protein Shake, Tuna

Total: Calorie 2018 Protein 236g Carbs 168g Fat 45g

My goal is to burn fat while maintaining muscle. I am on the track team so I basically do cardio 6 days a week. I'm 5 foot 9 164 pounds. Body fat of around 24.2%(Yeah it's not great that's why I'm looking to burn it). Any help on my diet would be great

you need to drop all those protein shakes and have an actuale whole meal. It looks like you need to diversify your carb sources, like veggies, rice, and pasta things of that nature. Meal 1 which is breakfast looks like it could use a little more protein maybe 4-5 egg whites instead of 1. Meals 2,4,6 need a bit more and you can drop the protein shakes from there. hope that helps a little.

Well I have 3 square meals but that is about all I can get in terms of actual meals. I am a Sophmore in High School so I can't exactly bust out some rice with veggies in the middle of English. However, I can bring in a drink and drink that during class. That's why I have all these protein shakes. However, do you have any suggestions on what I can do to get more diverse carb sources? And yes I will start eating more egg whites instead of whole eggs.

I guess that is a bit of a tough situation being in highschool. I ould then opt for a shake with more to it that just proein maybe pre blend a shake with cottage cheese or oatmeal and a good casein protein powder.
