is milk a good source of protein because it is like 34% protein. cos i like it and it would be a simple source of protein for me to get. i dont really mind too much about the fat as i am pretty skinny.

Milk is an excellent source of protein. Just make sure not to mix the milk with your protein powder post-workout because the casein protein in the milk will slow down the protein absorbtion in your muscles. It would be ideal to mix it with your protein powder at night. The protein slowly goes through your body and will last a lot longer than if you were to just mix it with water. There have been many topics that cover your question. Do a search on fitbuddy located at the bottom of the page to learn more about protein in milk.
