Looking for detailed help with a workout routine. I just started at the gym a few weeks ago , but am sort of lost as to what is the best way to approach with my schedule.
I go to the gym Mon - Thursday , each day at 5:30 pm ( after work ) I have about an hour or so to work out...
Any DETAILED routines you guys or gals may think of to post or send me ( noirutla@yahoo.com ) would be super greatly appreciated!!
-The areas I am wanting to target most are abs , chest and arms, I will work on legs too though even though I hate doing them =)
I am wanting to gain size ( not huge ) but , in the realm of Marky Mark lol....I'm 5'10 170 lbs , with a little bit of a gut and my pecs have a little fat on them which i HATE more then anything...so I am willing to diet hard too.

its good that u have only an hour to workout cause usualy u shouldnt go over that.
i could find u good workout for mass if u could just add in an extra day, which would be friday. But for ur arms i got a great workout.

Go over at www.t-mag.com they got tons of workouts, u can search for Great Gunz, but thats a 5 day workout. i have a spreadsheet for it if ur willing to do it.

I can do a 5 day workout at this time, but when racing season starts...
Sprint car season , racing Friday , sat and Sun.
Shaolin, I will check out those links and see whats up , thanks , and if you could send me that spreadsheet? to the email I posted?
