i was just wondering if anyone got good results with the 12 week abs program? coz im on the 2nd week.. i know its too early to tell but i havn't seen much difference..

Since noone answered this thread, I thought I would put my 2 cents in. If you follow the program, you will see results. Of course, your amount of results will depend on your diet. Without proper diet, all the ab work in the world will not make your abs show. If you have layers of fatty tissue for example, building ab muscles will just make you look even fatter, due to the new muscle pushing out the fat even further. Working out is the stimulus to create what you are trying to do, but diet dertermines the amount of gains/losses you achieve from it. Good luck, hope this helps some.

I'm finishing week 3 - I have found completing all the suggested reps difficult - though I am making progress. As far as visible results - I remain optimistic that by week 12 my abs will show up.

rsquade...Keep up the good work...determination and consistency is the key. You have both, you will do well. Eat well, and you will see those results.

Guess I must of missed this....Keep doing the hard work. You might find by adjusting your diet to lower fat level, will help you out. Good Luck

im on the 6th week of the ab program and im starting to see a difference. I do the exercises b4 i go to bed so i will burn some carbs and hopefully some fat. Im starting to get some definition and i got rid of some fat. keep working on it o101.
