Im also a 19 year old male, iv been using creatine, and i have gained muscle and also fat. But im not sure that the fat is due to my diet, i do eat a lot of pasta so i think that may be due to the high amount of carbs. Also iv heard a rumour that creatine can damage the kidneys. Is this true?

hey there, creatine increases water retention in your muscles, hydroxycut (hydro-meaning 'water') gets rid of bodily fluid, thus giving the impression of weight loss. you do lose some fat, but it's mostly all water. so taking them both at the same time will cause them to fight against each other. just increase your rep range to 12 - 15 rep max and eat small meals often and you'll lose fat without losing muscle size (which happened to me while taking hydroxycut (remember muscle is mostly water!)) good luck.
