Hey everyone! I am pumped!

After soooooo much training I finally hit 200lbs.... with only a 11% bf. Still 40 more lbs to my goal though :)

(FYI- gaining weight is a near impossible feat for me as since I have an ungodly high metabolism.) Hard to believe only 3 years ago I was struggling to pass the 150 lb mark :) This is an example to all those 'hard gainers'.... it is possible, keep up the hard work, and results do follow...

Now on to my true goal of 240 lbs... (and to lower the body fat some more :) )

hey congrats on your achievement im impressed damn you should have changed a lot of things in your eating habit and life to became what you are now good for you but if you want to gain some more muscle i dont know if you did this already but here goes, you can do less for more muscle big big gainers need to do less to gain more so instead of lets say you do your biceps : alternate dumbell curls 3 sets of 30, concentration curls 3 sets of 10, straight bar curl 3 sets of 8, reverse curls 3 sets of 8 again.... you can switch it all to doing one set of each exercice i know it sounds like you wont gain that much but just try it out.... by the way your nutrition you could increase you caloric intake eat more. anyways i hope i helped you out anyway possible if i didnt my bad..

I have been working out for quite some time, but recently in the past 6 months have been doings such very seriously... (taking supplements, tracking calories, etc.) I am well past the phase of quick gains I believe, and am now in the phase of slowly but surely :( I don't think I should increase my calories anymore I already am at 4,400 on my bulking phase.

Thanks for the input though, I appreciate it!
