Hi I am 5ft7 and 126lbs (Quite Small) and have been working out for nearly a year now every other day, my body is really toned and I have seen some gain but not enough. I have decided to go on a diet plan to improove muscle gain but am struggling on things I can eat. I have figured out a plan for one day but i don't think I can eat the same thing every day :) Can anyone help me please? My plan at the moment is:
7:30 Bowl of cereal(All bran)+ (2 Egg Yoke)
10:30 Tuna(Tin) Sandwhich(2 bread)
1:30 2 Boiled Eggs
4:30 Tuna(Tin Sandwhich(2 bread)
7:30 Pasta(100grams)
10:30 2Egg Yoke + protein shake.
