Ok I have heard two things on this topic wich is correct,,,, I have read that u should inhale more than usual and exhale after u get past the sticking point in the exercise that u r doing and the this weekend i read that it is dangerous to hold ur breath while u r at the sticking point wich is correct??

When you start to lift very heavy you hold your breath at the most critical part of the movement. Why? To stabilize your trunk so to avoid any injury.

About the breathing, just to what feels the best for YOU (just don't THINK about it!). Feel your way and you'll automatically do it right.
