I think I lareacdy know the answer to this but I need to verify that I'm right. I am currently trying to only take in around 25g of Fat a day. Should I look at total fat or only saturated fat when adding the fat grams? My trioplex bar alone has 16g...sigh

well you should aim for the following:

Tarns Fat=0g
Saturdated Fat=0g

the rest should be split between poly and mono unsaturated fats...

ditch the bar...many of the good tasting bars are high in fat or sugar...

Some saturated fats are not bad, in fact needed. Trans fat no.

Yeah you should try going for the meat that is lean. The leanest I could find was 4 grams of fat per 4 ounces. Chicken breast is a great source of protein as well.
