I have another question. I am on week six of the eight week muscle toning workout. My goal has been to get to 155lbs, then do the mass building routine on this site. I weighed 180lbs. in January and have cut my calories a good bit, added alot of cardio. I have not lost any weight for two weeks now and am "stuck" at 158lbs. What can I do to spark some new weight loss for those last three pounds? Cardio more? Eat less? Also, when I started "dieting" I was never that hungry, now that I have lost 22lbs. I find that my body is craving more calories. Doesn't make sense to me. Anyway, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that almost all your carbs are 'fibrous/complex' kinds....fiber helps control appeatite longer(nuts, any beans, other fibrous vegetables)....as do other complex carbs(oatmeal, sweet potatoes, yams, brown rice, etc)
Try to eat your calories over more meals...every hour or so....except big meals...
also look into threads about carb cycling...it may help you...
Also no need to lose weight if you plan to gain mass....you can do so now...and then diet down to get more 'cut'...
