Don't worry about being small.... I am not incredibly much bigger.
If you are looking to bulk up the muscles a bit try getting on a creatine supplement in addition to a great nutritional plan and workout plan- it works good for me.

I'm 4 weeks in the 8 week program. I didn't measure my arms before the 4 weeks. I measured it now
(do u measure where the arm is thickest? - Thas wot I did)
Bicep flexed: 11.6" inches
Tricep flexed: 11.2" inches
Is this very small? I dont have nice ripped lean muscle. It has some fat. My biceps and triceps bulge up a little but no nice defined cuts. What can I do?
Thanks

Keep training, eat and rest. Do these 3 things again, and again, and again...you get the picture.

I don't need any creatine. I am quite bulky already. I am not skinny or boney. I have some excess fat. My arms are quite muscular but are not really ripped up. When I put on a vest...My body looks really good!!!becoz I have a nice set of thick shoulders. Is there any exercises with dumbells to make my biceps and triceps thicker..and nicely ripped? I only have dumbells and cant go gym..coz I'm a student..£££

getting bigger....and geting "toned" are completlty different. To add some good zize to the arms...you need extra calories....and probably about 5 to 10lbs overall body weight....just to add an inch.So that means you need to work out everything. guys with big guns....have big chest, thick backs.....and tree trunks for legs.
To "tone" or get cut....you need less calories, to tap into body fat stores, to show the muscle more.
