How much lifting weight should I increase per week on each body part. I just finished my first week this week and want to know how much I should increase safely. I want the most I could do without hurting myself. I recorded all the maximum wieght with reps on all exercises so I know what to beat the next week. What would you recommend?
The increase can very buy the person. I would say that a good slow 5-10 pounds per week is a good progression.
