I have a question. Usually my workouts are about 2.5 hrs. And as you know, its better to do cardio after a workout, as opposed to before. So im thinking of doing my cardio right after my whole workout. But after every workout, I ALWAYS make sure to consume protein. Well if i train, consume the protein, then do the cardio, that woudlnt be good for the digestive system. But if i were to do my 2.5 workout, do 25 minutes of cardio, then consume protein, would i still get the benefit of the protein? Or would the "window" be gone?

Well maybe its two hours instead of 2.5. Who knows; somwhere in that neighborhood. Anyways, by the way you all sound, i guess that after 2.5 hrs, the window is probably gone.
