Well, in my lifting vocabulary, and I do them now, cheat curls are where you are actually do more than you can handle strictly. Using momentum and whatever, to do a heavier weight than normal. In other words, not using what we would call perfect form! this is a great mass building technique, you have to overload the muscle at some point, and sometimes to move up in weight you have to "cheat" some. I follow these with a superset of concentration curls, light, and what a bicep workout! I gained 1/2 inch in my arms in exactly 30 days with this workout, rotating it every 6 days.
