can anyone tell me if there is something specific that causes a spotty cleavage? I've just started getting pimples there and I don't really get spots, the skin everywhere else is fine.

any ideas?

believe it or not, when i do a google search on this i actually get loads of sites for geology!

LOL... that's funny. Try washing your chest after you workout.

Shower immidiately post work-out should help if it's a workout related issue
Another suggestion is to check you degergents and fabric softeners for irritation. Sometimes a sports bra has more skin contact with your cleavage than your other bras do.
For instance, I normaly wear demi cups and I have sensitive skin so I have to use dyefree detergent and fabric softeners on all my sports bras to keep my skin good.

hope that helped.

If it's a sweat issue and you don't have time/opportunity to shower immediately post-workout you can you a mild face estringent (spelling? I mean a liquid facial cleaner such as Seabreeze) on a cotton pad, or get a pack of pre moistened hand towels (NOT the alcohol swabs!) or baby wipes!
That's my method. I get acne on my chest from sweating too.

it's nothing to do with workout seeing as i haven't been working out until 2 days ago, and i do shower regularly!

i think it's hormonal. Just a hunch, or possibly stress.
mmm...

Just thought I'd post a quick reply...my wife has several spots on her chest that only come around when she either gets a sunburn, or just gets overheated. Dr prescribed her a antifungal cream and it started to clear them up and then came back promtply when she stopped using it. Not sure if this is the same thing...but her's looks like small patches of dry skin.

Check with a dermotologist and have them take a look and they might be able to give you something for them. No my wife hasn't done this yet...she's a procrastinator.

Sorry, Kalanchoe. Thought maybe your concern was similar to mine. I hadn't meant for you to think I meant you didn't shower regularly. I shower regularly too and still get breakouts on occasion. No offence intended.

Funny - after responding earlier I broke out in tiny water blisters in a small group between my breasts (similar to sunburn blisters but itty bitty). Typical reaction to heat and sweating. Itchy little things!

Did you know that stress can cause break-outs?
My brother in law suffers from that. The back of his neck and shoulders breakout if he's internalizing stress.

Just a passing thought!
