I know these products are quite similar in the sense that they are both cortisol blockers, i was just wondering if there is any differences between the two besides the price. I was thinking of stacking one of them with BCAA's for my next cutting cycle but don't know what one to pick or if i should just stick to BCAA's alone. What are your opinions?

7 keto has significant research backing it up. Witness this...

Two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, clinical studies demonstrated amazing results from a 200-mg. dose of 7-Keto. In the first 7-Keto was responsible for three times more weight loss versus placebo, with the weight loss due solely to fat reduction, not water or muscle loss. The second study confirmed these findings by testing two groups with similar diet and exercise programs. The 7-Keto group showed a dramatic improvement in body composition, i.e. fat loss/ muscle retention, in comparison to the placebo group, which reduced weight slightly due to muscle, water, and fat loss in similar amounts.

Note: Both research groups used 200 mg per day of 7-Keto in divided doses.

i found the study you were talking about, and i can't find any on 7-hydroxy(7-oh) DHEA. So here's the site that establishes 7-keto as the better choice.

http://www.humaneticscorp.com/ittrium/servlet/visit?path=A1x66x1y1x132x1x65y1x134x1x65y1x148x1x65

thats a long URL.

But...The people in those studies had an avg. age of 44.5 years, so i don't think ill see quite the same results but the studies make it worth giving a try.

I'de like to try Beverly's 7-Keto MuscLEAN but its just too exspensive for me, i guess ill go with NOW 7-KETO.

Thanks, BB1

You can simply add some green tea/stack green tea with your 7 keto and mimic most of the effects of Bevs.
