I use Cell Mass by BSN. It seems to have worked great, and is fairly inexpensive. It is a Creatine Ethyel Ester Malate. I have noticed significant strength gains, as well as some muscle size gains as well.

if you have the money, cell tech is a good one. good monohydrates come from universal nutrition, optimum nutrition, and prolab. look for the creapure stamp

Unfortunately, I would bypass Cell Tech....very high sugar count....75 gr. per serving if memory serves. No wonder it "works".

true.. but during maintenance do you actually need the 10 grams of creatine that comes with 2 scoops? i thought that 1 scoop (5 grams creatine, 38 grams sugar) would suffice..

Still, 38 gr. of sugar can be too much for many, especially on off days.

use the kiss philosophy and just use plain old cee or mono hydrate and not the designer look at our nice packaging stuff.

where do I find 'plain old cee', and how much does it cost?
Cell mass is virtually all cee, and you can find it for around $35.00 for 40 servings

cee is new and check dps nutrition. Or any creatine monohydrate with creapure stamp is good also.
