I was wondering if it's possible to gain effective amounts of muscle without having to use any supplement. The only thing I really don't mind using is protein shakes. I know that it's a very basic supplement but I don't want to use anything else. I rather just eat as best I can, gain muscle mass, and not have to take any supplements. If anybody has tips or recommendations or comments please let me know.
Its possible, and actually recommended if you are not very experienced..... I would try being supplement free except a good protien shake PWO, then in a couple years when you start getting good results and want to get more serious into it try supplements to help. But supplements are not the solution to a mass building problem, they just help the experienced person.
