Hi everyone! My name is Angie and I am back on the bandwagon again. I have cut out the junkfood and have started walking and playing walleyball. I've lost 5 pounds so far, but a long way to go. I cant wait to read more posts, and keep myself motivated. I made the ole man move my treadmill upstairs instead of the grungy basement. It will be my key to my exercising. Have a good night all!

hi sweetdirtbag... welcome to FT.. and welcome *again* to the badwagon :).. treadmill shud not be ur KEY exercise.. please fill in ur profile so that we could have a better idea of what ur goals are..
