Does anyone know any type of exercises that a person should do in order to maximize their muay thai training? PLEASE RESPOND.

Well I know with that style of kickboxing kicking power is key so makeing you legs stronger. Also you need to have great endurance, and speed.

concentrate on the cardio to keep up your endurance, weight training will deffinetly help as long as you dont try to bulk up. And on the non physical side work on your focus this is where you see the difference between a powerfull blow and a devistating blow. Good luck to you Muay Thai is an awsome form of cardio and stress reliever.
