I am 27 years old. I have been lifting weights regularly for some time now. I have recently decided to join the Las Vegas Mauraders which is a full contact mens football team. I am not a very large person ( 5-9 195), but like I said I have been lifting for a while and have decent strength.
I was wondering if any of you guys could lend me a hand? I have two months to prepare for the season I need to Increase my Strength, Speeed, Agility, and endurance as much as possible. I need a good lifting program that will focus on functional strenth rather than looking good. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Also any injury prevention tips would help too.
