You should take a protein shake with 2:1 carb:protein ratio. Just a little example would be 40g of carbs from fruit juice(i use pineapple), and 20g of whey/soy protein or wtv u got. I dont take glutamine of creatine. Im interested in taking glutamine though, from what i knoew u should take 1/2 serving b4 workout, 1/2 after, and a serving before bed or something. Am i correct anyone?
