So OK, I have lost 15Kg and my arms and chest look fine.(monster triceps) I am curretly sitting at 100kg and idealy I'd like to be thinner around my gut (stomach). I do weights mixed up with cardio (2k run a day) But I need to get rid of the fat thats hanging onto my abs (handfulls). so where do i go from here? I need super ab info and a good diet. who has truly useful info for me. Its worth a scooby snack!.
cythea.. welcome to FT.. congrats on losing 15 kgs of weight.. as far as super abs go.. they are made in kitchen.. give a search in fit buddy at the bottom ... put something like.. abs and vola.. u'll have all there is about abs and how to get them...
