Is anyone familar with the safe way to lose weight while breastfeeding. I know that you can't diet and that you can't lose too much weight at one time but how much is too much? I am almost clear to lift weights again but I had a c-section and couldn't do anything but moderate walking for the past 12 weeks so it is going to be hard because the mind is willing but the body is weary.
