Question about routine ? :(

Hello everyone..I am new in this site.Well I am doing the
programm for Max Mussle Mass.....and I am on my 3rd week.
My question is that I just saw today that my reps starts from 20 and go down till 8. Before that I was doing something like 10-8-6. Cause I thought to increase the mass you use heavy weights with less reps.But maybe I am wrong :( Any ideas y in my routine the reps are that?
Also something else...I am doing more exersices than the program says...actualy I mostly use it to see which muscle group to train.... So I do around 5-6 excersices per muscle,5 times per week ( as the program says). Any advises?

The first set is a warmup set.

On that first set you wanna go really light and make sure you don't feel fatigue.

I'm Doing something simailar right now, like BB1fit states its a warm up set, also use it to practice your form at the same time.

hello im new at this site but not new for working out, im use to working hard and doing lots. but all these routines give me only like 5 to 6 excersises, for 2 to 3 body parts, i dont like it, any advice to how to get better routines on this site
