nevermind......found the sight though......seems like alot of work, excecise wise on both days...anyone had good gains?

metalmilitia.net i do believe. Too bench specific for me, so i havent tried it. Good articles on proper bench form for powerlifting though...

oh, yeah, almost forgot, the one thing i didnt like ab it was that their workouts tend to last 2-3 hours

i used it for a while, i liked it. i found it only works with loud music and people yelling at you though. its tough but i gained 40Lbs in just under 2 months. then again im fairly new to the lifting world so those could be consitered newbie gains. I dont use a shirt either and thats what its geared towards. at the end i could lock out a fair amount more then i can benchpress.
