Cooked always. For your health aspect as much as anything. With raw eggs you run the risk of salmonela poisoning. Look in the recipes section of this board. You should find plenty.

Cook your eggs. Better taste and as bb1fit says, it's better for your health.

Actually it has been shown that the protein from egg whites are better absorbed when having been cooked.....
