so when i have reached my final goal. and have the physique i always wanted. what next? do i just eat healthy and keep ma body, or do i have to keep training aswell in order to keep my physique???

body works towards efficiency...if you don't use it, you lose it....
if you stop exercising you will slowly lose muscle....and if you don't reduce calories you will gain fat....hence the common myth muscles to fat conversion...
remember as you lose muscle...your metabolism is gonna decrease also...
