220 grams a day? I'm 15 5'8 147 lbs. im trying to put on muscle but wow thats a lot. it also says 80 grams of fat which is a bit much. should i change this some or just stick with what it says
Some who train go for 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight because of the higher caloric need. If you really are concerned, 1 gram/pound of body weoght will do you ok.
Your fat is also high as you want to put on mass but again start with lower levels and adjust accordingly.
