Whew! I am on the last two days of the eight week toning program from this site. I am taking a week off of lifting and am then going to start the twelve week mass program. I am seeking advice on how to gain as much mass as possible. What are some thing that I can do to ensure maximum results? What about cardio? Thanks for all the advice in the past. Happy training!

fill out your nutritional profile to see your daily intake values.. make sure you are getting 1-1.5 g protein/lb body mass.. as for cardio, if you can, cut it out completely. you will gain mass faster that way, but if you still need it, use it sparingly. remember rest is very important too, thats when you build..

rest and food...just like bropie said. Add 500-800calories tot what your taking in now......example 3000 take in 35-3800. Quicker you try and gain mass, more of it will be fat. good luck
