Ok, well i am about 5'10 at about 165 pounds. I am trying to get a six pack abs..i been reading alot about it and from what i understand is its not what you work out it was you eat? so basiclly u have to watch your eating more then doing crunches? so if thats right, i need help learning what to eat and not eat...i understand what excesrices i need to do but i dont understand what to eat and not to eat...like i dont understand how you know how many grams of fat u are eating and proteins u need..do u have to add them up everytime? please help me understand a bit more

Well... fill out your profile and then follow the nutrition tracker set up by FT based on the goals you input...
You still need to work your abs, but the six pack is mostly diet...

This is not really the place for this post, it is but a welcome area. As to that note, let me say welcome to FT.
Now, about your 6 pack. The first thing that jumps out at me is you being 5'10, and 165. This is not to say the least a large amount of muscle. What I am getting at is if you are trying to get a 6 pack now, it is mostly diet. If you are not happy with your muscle size now, you surely won't be happy with it when you achieve a 6 pack. Think of this, the 6 pack is glorified by the media. But, it looks pretty silly to have a six pack and J.J. arms. See what I mean?
Just some food for thought that may jog your thought process a little.
