Please help me. I am 27, 5'7 and 118 pounds. I am happy with my weight but over the past few years I have developed very flabby abs. I have been doing cardio combined with weight training without results. I don't want to lose weight and end up looking anorexic. I have a very nice figure with the exception of my non-existent abs. Got any advice?
It has been my experience that like any other muscle group, when you work and tear down a muscle it needs time to heal. Do your ab workout but only do it no more than twice a week that way you muscles in your abs can heal. situps suck and really only hurt your back, do the crunches and add weight as they get easier.
