protein powder would be ok at your age, but dont think of taking creatine until late teens if you are interested in it. take it within an hour after your workout, any other time during the day is not really needed. however, if you can fill your daily protein needs w/o it, stick with that. remember it is only a supplement to reach your daily nutritional requirements..
ok...it's just that sometimes it can be hard to eat the amount of protein i need, even though i try to eat as much as I can, so something like whey protein powders would really help out. thanks
