Intermediate or Advanced?

2003/02/10, 01:36 PM
I've been weight training fairly consistently for about 5 years now, and I am wondering if I fall into the "intermediate" or "advanced" designation as far as the routines go. I'm 6'2", 210lbs (10% bf and 325 max bench)and still looking to make gains, but it seems like the intermediate mass program has higher reps than I'm used to for mass-building. I've always thought that the advanced programs are only for bodybuilders and people that have hit a plateau, though. What category do I fit best in?

Advanced, no doubt about it. Go for it.

I would say advanced, also. You definitely know what you're doing and are willing to kick it up a knotch.
