Like ravenwolf says..They are very important. Think of your resistance to germs, virus' after a workout. Your body is working hard to repair itself after your workout, so vitamins play a big part. Agood Multi vitamin and about 2 grams of c per day is a big help.

Even better take one that is a two or three time-a-day dose. Your body's enzymes can only work on so much at a time - so you will absorb more and utilize it better.

For immediately post training, this is a good time to take your major antioxidants, as your immune system is also in supercharge mode. I suggest taking 1 gr. of Vit. C, 500 mg. B complex, and a Vit. E 400 IU immediately post workout, with your post workout shake. As far as a multi, you can get a quality multi most anywhere, I prefer health food stores for a company that has been doing it for a long time like Solary, or Kal, or Natures Plus....but you can get Centrum or anything like that at Wal Mart.
