just read an article, explaining how doing cardio can help bobybuilders and multiplies efforts at the gym, etc - go to
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/satter2.htm for more info and the whole article, but basically i was wondering if u should do cardio on the same day as weight training, or on other days, like when ur resting, (or will wil interfere with the healing process of muscles)?

It's suggested (learned this from Charlie and BB1) to do cardio on off days OR at least six hours after weight training...
