I have reached a point where I think that the muscles in my biceps and tricep have gotten big enough. However, I don't want to lose what I have. How can I still maintain these muscles without bulking them up any further? I currently do 2 sets of 15 reps of the following exercises for them:
Biceps:
Bicep curls
Hammer curl
Straight bar curl
Easy Curl

Triceps:
V-Bar Pulldown
Straight Bar Pulldown
Dips
Seated D-B Extension

I don't want to have to keep increasing my reps, and stay at the same weight.

Should I just decrease the amount of exercises I'm doing, and do more leg, ab, shoulder, chest and back exercises in their place? (I'm Still developing those other areas)

i would say consentrate on those other areas if your biceps and triceps are where you want them. but make sure you dont forget about them.
