Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I had this posted on the "general training" board because I thought it would make since due to the fact it has nothing to do with supplements. However I forgot the name, someone suggested I post on this board, so here it is.

Ah I never realized bb1fit was such a well liked individual on this board. Ever since I posted a message to him it seems as if there has been much turmoil, many people seem to be upset with me for this reason. Just out of curiousity, a few people suggested for me to leave the board. I am wondering who all would like me to leave, if there are 10 people who want me to leave I will gladly leave. There is no point in posting advice if everyone dislikes you because they wont listen to you anyways. Just a question.

I have no problem with you. Please reconsider leaving. My posts to you were in response to a dangerous thing you were doing(which is of course your choice, and I have no problem with), but my concern was your question about it. Apparantely you started it with no clue what to do for support, and post cycle. This is where the danger is for many, and so many folks are unprepared, and end up with bad problems. It is imparitive to have your knowlege down and be prepared BEFORE you ever do this stuff. I have seen and talked to way too many folks who just jumped into PH's and AAS with no clue as to what to do. Many things are banned due to ignorance, and many more are pending banning as to the same ignorance and misunderstanding of use.

My concern first and foremost if for folks's health and well being. Again, I am not against what you are doing, it is your choice, but do not get on and ask the most basic question and then state you have done your homework. The question itself says you couldn't have.

Peace bro....

Just to give you a small analogy...you don't really understand calculus or advanced mathematical terms if you have difficulty with basic math...and that's what it came down to...

leaving here is just a way to continue to maintain many ignorant points of view...so by all means stay and learn...no one was born perfect or all knowing...just gotta have the humility to admit when you were wrong and move on...it's not that hard....

Also on a separate issue that continues with the other post....if you want to be knowledgable in an area..then do research...study....showing other people the results of a poorly done cycle won't do much for you.....as a personal trainer....you should encourage people to strive to their potential without the use of steroids/prohormones......you can be knowledable in something without having done it(you know what crack/heroin does to someone without hopefully done it yourself right?)....As a policy if someone presses you on an issue after telling them not to do it...then tell them the proper way to do it and direct them to other resources for further study....however I still have no clue why you'd do that to yourself....

3 years is not that long of a period of training that you need to resort to steroids/prohormones....

I just read what was said and all I am going to say is I agree with BB1... I know for a fact that reading over alot of his post. He has really helped me understand alot of stuff and know what to do and what not to, but the choice wheither you should leave or not should be up to you.... If you think you can think before you leave a post then stick around you can learn alot from alot of people here. And not just the trainers but others as well, but I do agree with charlie on his post in the general section about filling out your profile.... It does help alot of people figure out what you really want to get out of this and helps then reply to your guestions....... :)
