flexors are the muscles on top of your wrist, that are responsible for straightening your wrists and pulling your knucles towards your wrist (best way i can put it)
this topic has been discussed over and over again in this particular forum. There are 3 main grip threads in this forum, read through them. If you cant find them, leave a message and i will bump them.
