I have been on Phosphagen for 8 weeks now and seen great results however the results are slowing down. I know that you if you are taking creatine and you quit taking it you lose a lot of your strength so I don't want to get rid of the phosphagen, I am wondering what is a good thing to stack with it. I read the log on CVM and I did my post concerning whether you can take it or not while already on creatine, so is there anything anyone has tried that has worked well, if so what were your results?
By the way I'm kind of new to the site, I hope that this post works, I'm not too sure on how to check if it does, but I'll find out soon or later, lol. Thanks.

After a certain point creatine won't help you...you'll gain some weight(mostly water weight)...which may allow you to lift a certain amount more as you continue to take it...however it won't allow you to progress indefinitely...and if you stop taking creatine you'll lose the difference it helped you gain in weights...so if you lifting 20 lb more on bench rpess because of creatine and you stop...you'll loss those 20lb of strength...
Creatine works well with whey protein and glutamine...

i was under the impression that you would retain the strength gains, but possibly only reduce in size (from less water retention)..

Almost all of the gains will be lost....that's the downside of the supplement...usually it takes about a month to go back to the natural level of creatine in the body...
it's in a way similar to people who supplement with calcium for years....they'll have more dense bones than their peers...however the added difference/benefit will disappear after stopping the supplementation....
