Best pointers I can give.
-Watch your diet and create a caloric defecit with good whole foods
-cardio workout 3-4 times a week for 30-45 min
-weight training (before your cardio workout) as well to build muscle so when you lose the weight you have a body to be proud of
-write down your goals (both small or large)
-commit to doing whatever it takes and sacrificing
-hang around freetrainers.com and soak up the tons of knowledge from everyone here
Good luck...keep us posted

Don't try to lose all the weight in one week. This is going to take a lot of patience with yourself. I would recomend setting moderate goals for yourself. Such as, in one month I will lose 10 pounds. Or something similar. 60 pounds is a lot of weight, but by perseverance you can accomplish your goals! Good Luck!
