Hi, my name is Mark. It took me long time to get over here, but right now I think I'm at home. I tried to loose my extra pounds in over two months and they still are where they were. What to do? My worst behavior it is food. I don't know what to do to stop eat carbs.:( I love to eat it, especially "Snickers" and "Milky Way". Any suggestions?

Hey Mark... welcome to FT... great site with a ton of motivation...
My first suggestion is to stop eating the Snickers and Milky Way bars... or, at least, cut back... I think the biggest challenge for most people is the food... take a look in the Diet forum and print off a copy of the Grocery List... some great ideas there that may help you fill the snack void with something healthy instead of the chocolate bars...

If you need sweets go for twizzlers or jelly beans they are lower in fat. :) Just don't go over board.

If the evil machine is at your work, then take a simple snack if you can.
I weaned myself off of my Snickers addiction by first eating chocolate flavored protien bars instead of regualer candy bars. Not a good longterm habbit, but a starting point.
The less than steller taste and outrageous price helped get me off of them for good:)

Try converting to healthy snacks laden with protein. You might want to start with a good quality protein bar, natural almonds, (not at the same time) yogurt. Your system will use these quality foods and not store them as fat!
