Hmm. Chances are that if your pretty busy with scool and you can't take your supp's at a regular time your not dieting either?? Take the Creatine before you go to the GYM.say 15min before your workout. They Whey protien I would take with Breakfast and after the workout. Anybody else agree??

If you're just now taking training seriously,I wouldn't worry about the creatine and whey protein atm. Just focus on your diet, eat more. Since school and work is a big factor to you right now, start packing lunches or snacks that you can take along. Do this till your body adapts to your increased intake of food, then when the tough gets going, you may then find out that creatine and/or protein may be necessary for any increases you desire

As a law student, I have a lot of the same problems with maintaining my diet and training. I usually pack three small lunches in paper bags and eat those throughout the day; little Tupperware containers can really help with this. Also taking a sealed water bottle filled with a protein shake is pretty helpful (especially if you have access to a fridge during the day). Overall, it's doable, though a serious pain in the ass sometimes.
