I have such small veins that when I go get blood taken they usually have to poke me a few times until they find a vein, or they have to use a baby needle since i guess my veins are thin. So does the fact that I have small veins limit my ability to gain muscle..because I find myself working out with people, and doing more lifts then them but I do see myself gaining as much as them. Could this have anything to do with it.
Some background info Im 6 ft, 160lbs, 20 yrs old, MALE

I can't imagine that having smal veins would make any difference, as veins take blood away from muscles, not to them.
The reason you see big veins on bodybuilders is because they have very little body fat, not because their veins are particularly big.

I think as you increase your muscule mass you increase your body's need for more blood flow. Veins will "grow" if necessary.
But as Princess said, I don't see any reason small veins would have any effect on your ability to gain muscle...
