hello
i am new here and had a question. i would like to tone up and gain more muscle and raise my fitness level. i would like to lose some weight but its mainly the fact i would like to have more muscle then fat.
how can i go about this? or what is a good program to follow

How old are you? Female or male? A lot overweight?

We need to know more to give you better answers......

You could start with the 8 week fat loss and tone routine.
