Hello, I'm new to this site and have been reading a lot of the questions/answers. I am 5 foot tall 29 years old and weigh 130. My ideal weight for my body frame is 115-120. I've always been "stocky" and I build muscle great but, I do not want the muscular body builder look. My problem is that I have been working out 3 times a week Cardio every time 30 min. and lift weights small weights lots of repitions. I am still at 130 I realize that muscle weighs more than fat, and my weight is shifting. I am eating smaller portions and eating healthy. Help what can I do??? Misty :(

I'd do exactly what your doing Misty. Well, they say do 30-45 min of cardio 3 or 4 times a week. So do that, make sure you sweat. Drink a lot of water, that'll definetly help you lose 10-15 lbs, along with cardio and eating right.

And by lifting the light weights at high reps will help burn the calories as well.
