(EAT LESS FOOD)mmmm? has anyone ever tried this? I think you would be amazed at the results.

I have had people ask me what's the secret to fitness?
I didn't realize diet and exersize was a secret! Maybe i can write a book on the information i have found for free online and make alot of money.:laugh::big_smile:

i actually found eating more food helped me lose weight.. then again it was much healthier..

Ditto bropie. The statement of "eat less food comes" with some explanation of caloric intake (i.e. maintenance calories vs losing or gaining intake). I ate less food for years and kept gaining weight. Now I eat a lot more then I did and combined with my workout I'm losing weight.

eating less food?? hhmm if I ate less food I would prob sure loose weight, but then I would be considered sick...You could try eating LESS junk FOOD, like chips and cookies and alots of the fried foods. Yeah then you would see results but that is a part of just eating healthy. People here want to loose the fat and if you do some reading yup on the issue... eating more smaller meals keeps you healthy while you loose fat as well... :)
