Hello, I'm a "newbe" to the group so please bear with me.
I am a 40yr old male, I weigh 206 lbs, I'm 5'7''. I work out at night mon, tues, thurs, fri, with 20min-30min cardio every morning except weekends. My caloric intake daily is suppose to be 3200.
My actual intake is around 1500 - 2000. I just lost 50lbs from changing my diet to a healthy diet, that was before I started working out again(after 10 years off). I have been eating 6 meals a day and taking Iron-Tek 100% whey,(120 cal. 3g carbs).
I'm afraid to raise my calories to the 3200 point in fear of gaining weight back. Should I add my protein drink to 3 of my meals to get mor cals. I'm confused! Here is a copy of a typical day...
Calories
3,232 kcal actual = 1,560 kcal
Carbohydrates
520.0 g actual = 161.0 g
Proteins
208.0 g actual = 199.9 g
Fats
39.5 g actual = 18.6 g
I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol
Please help if you can!!!!
Thanks,
Dave
