hey yall, i gotta question...are pushups best used as a warm up to a chest day or as the last thing you do. Im 16 and am trying to improve the number of pushups i can do to get to the Citadel! i need to be able to do around 60, and lets just say that im not quite there yet! any help at all would be great!

either way is good...but to get good at push ups you gotta do push ups.....
try doing 10 sets of 10 push ups....rest 10 seconds....every weak...rest 1 second less between sets...so that eventuallu you'll do 100 push ups nonstop......do this on a leg day when your chest is fresh

well i do a 4 day/week program. i do chest/arms on mon and thurs and legs/back/shoulders on tues and friday. wat days should i do the pushups on?

Clapping pushups are a great exercise for power development. I include them into my routines sometimes.
