Focus on training using compounds lifts:

Power Cleans
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench Press

train using reps of 3....warm up using a couple of light sets...then do 3-4 sets of 3 reps for those lifts

Also do some auxillary exercises like close grip bench press, rows, pull ups, military presses, barbell curls

i agree with andrew. I had some schools looking at me for wrestling, nothing big, DII, but eberyone of them flooded me with materials on excercises, training logs, workout plans, conditioning drills, etc. bfs is a decent program. reps of 3 will build strength, but to prevent stagnation make sure to change your rep range every now and then. generally try to keep it between 1-6 reps for strength, though for football i might go as high as 10 for some functional hypertrophy. but only on occasion, as strength is primary.

The best feeling in the world is the feeling you get after a tough set of squats after you step back from the power rack and throw up all over the floor.
